Our Story: Vision, Evolution, and People
It was 1989 when Ing. Giuseppe Sermasi realized that environmental protection and worker safety were not mere regulatory obligations, but the foundational pillars of the company of the future. In an era when these topics were still largely unexplored, IM.TECH took its first steps with the goal of anticipating tomorrow.
Our journey has been marked by milestones of constant growth: in 2008, the creation of IM.TECH Engineering strengthened our technical core in environmental engineering, leading in 2011 to the merger that formed our current corporate structure. An evolution that has never stopped.
Ever-Renewing Experience
Today, the foresight of founder Giuseppe Sermasi combines with the solid foundation of longstanding partners Narciso Barison, Andrea Bartolini, Claudio Bendanti, and Francesca Fabbri. On the occasion of our 35th anniversary in 2024, our professional family expanded further: the arrival of new partners Maurizio Campolo, Simone Giovannini, Enrico Lombini, and Marco Sermasi creates an ideal bridge between established expertise and the energy of new generations.
